Teaching Empowering Strengthening (TES) would like to thank everyone who attended our second-anniversary event, TES presents: The Jazz Hoofing Quartet featuring tap dancer, Jumaane Taylor. Jumaane danced rhythms with other musicians and took you into a journey of improvised sets. The quartet communicated in rhythms while melodies and all other elements arrived when summoned by the music. The style of dance that Jumaane lives by called tap dancing or hoofing is connected to the genre of jazz music. In respect for the culture, they continue to aspire growth among the traditions. TES, our non-for-profit family business, has the vision to empower TES participants to become self-reliant leaders.
We are convinced that you all enjoyed the exquisite sounds of The Jazz Hoofing Quartet.
Thanks for joining us as we danced, sang, tapped our feet, and learned more about the upcoming TES Academics, Athletics, and Arts programs.
