The legacy
Our History
TES AAA was founded by a group of family members interested in continuing a legacy created by their family patriarch,
Albert Bailey Sr. His service to the community has left him with an honorary street sign that we wish to hold value to through our work.
His legacy continues as the seeds of greatness are dedicated to empowering our young participants into becoming self-reliant leaders through social, academic, athletic, and artistic experiences.

Sharon’s Smile
Scholarship application will open up soon but feel free to donate to this case year round!
In 2019, Sharon Richard, the founder of TES, envisioned a program that combined her children's passions. She planted this seed with the hope that it would grow into a life-changing, community-focused initiative. As the youngest child of the honorable Albert Bailey Sr., Sharon strives to fill her dad's enormous shoes to continue supporting the community.

Today, TES AAA has established a sponsorship program designed to support exceptional youth in our community, just as Sharon Richard has done for decades. This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance for extracurricular activities, enabling these young people to exceed their potential.
By supporting these exceptional children, we hope to help them explore their passions and achieve extraordinary things. Good luck!"
Co-Founders

Our family founded TES by bringing together all our collective expertise and passion. From the outset, we've collaborated closely with Sharon Richard and her children: Kenyatta Stringer, Jumaane Taylor, Armanda Taylor, Kamaria Golden, and Fatima Taylor to develop phenomenal services for our community.
With the guidance of our co-founders, founders and board of directors, we're committed to continue to grow and innovate as we empower our youth to become self-reliant leaders.
Gym Equipment!
TES AAA is a multi-faced non-profit organization with three branches: TES Academics, TES Arts and TES Athletics. Currently, we are running a fundraising campaign with a goal of $20,000 to purchase the necessary high-quality spring floor and foam mats. These specialized mats are crucial for providing proper cushioning and preventing injuries while training our athletes in our TES Athletics department!
Giving “Tuesday” Gala
Saturday, November 30th
Come support TES AAA while enjoying a joyous evening at our Giving Tuesday Gala! All three of our branches (TES Academics, TES Athletics and TES Arts) will show our sponsors why we are the company to support.
Our guest should come dressed in their best Giving Tuesday Gala formal attire.
Don’t forget your checkbooks to help support the promise of our youth!
Board of Directors
TES AAA will officially be a nonprofit organization in August 2024! This transition will allow all three of our branches (Academics, Athletics and Arts) to gain support from the program’s daily tasks to large events. A nonprofit status will also allow us to gain possible funding through several grant and donation opportunities to provide the best TES AAA experiences!
